Overport City is a mixed-use centre developed in the early 1970’s that comprises:
  • 16 000 metres squared of retail GLA
  • 8 000 metres squared of office GLA
  • 1100 bays in structured parking

In the densely populated suburb of the Berea in Durban. The refurbishment seeks to upgrade the centre to better serve the areas' demographics through a complete interior and exterior upgrade and refocused tenants anchored by a new 3700 metre squared Checkers, a Dis-Chem Pharmacy, Post Office, First National Bank, Nedbank, ABSA, Standard Bank together with other food, fashion and convenience stores.

The refurbishment comprises the following areas:
  • Shopping centre and exterior facade upgrade
  • Offices upgrade (incl replacement of exterior windows)
  • Parking lot upgrade
